Once you submit the request form, I'll be notified via email. Next, I'll start an automated scheduling process, so be on the lookout for an email inviting you to complete a discovery call questionnaire (where I put you in the hotseat to answer all of my burning Q's about your practice, your pain points, and the things you love most about your practice!) and book a free phone meeting in my scheduler.
This process is all automated out of a platform by the name of Dubsado, so you'll have your very own portal in the platform. Your username and your password for the Dubsado portal will both be the email address that you supply in the discovery call request form.
Since you'll have provided me with some highly valuable background information about you and your practice in the pre-discovery call questionnaire, we'll review those answers together and I'll ask you some follow up questions to figure out how I can best address your needs. I will discuss a rudimentary action plan based on our chat, and you'll have a chance to ask me questions about the process and about myself.
At the end of the call, I'll lay out all the important details of what it looks like to work with me, and you can take as long as you need to mull it over!
You'll fill out the pre-discovery call questionnaire which will provide you with prompts to tell me what you absolutely love about your practice, the things you loathe in your practice, and your biggest pain points right now in your business. After you complete the questionnaire and select an appointment time on my schedule, I'll take it from there!
After the discovery call, you should take all the time you need to think about our chat and the options I have provided to you. If you decide to proceed in working with me as a 1:1 client, we'll move into the onboarding phase so we get started!
In the event that I don't have the availability to take you on immediately as a 1:1 client, we'll discuss the waitlist process and I'll provide you with any ancillary resources I have on hand that would help support your goals in the meantime.
Sometimes, the discovery call confirms that the best plan of action for you and your practice needs is to sign up for one of my courses or my membership community. If that's the case, I'll provide you with all of the details on getting started!
