Not necessarily. It is totally possible to scale without a 1:1 consultant holding your hand every step of the way. However, you cannot do it alone. There are certainly times when the pain points of a practice are so unique or so prevalent that they do require a consultant to help unravel the knots or guide a practice owner in the right direction. For a lot of practice owners, however, they just need the spark of innovation, some super reliable (tried + true!) resources, some mindset coaching, and a big old sounding board to make quantum leaps in their practice management skills. 

I am asking you to give The Greenhouse a try for three months. If, after that, you feel like you need a higher tier of support, then we can certainly sit down and look at 1:1 options moving forward. In the meantime, you're going to be amazed at just how much value and knowledge you'll get out of this membership community. 

This is a come as you are community. That means if you want to attend every single training + discussion in live time, go for it! If you just can't make it to live trainings because of your schedule or the demands of life, that's cool, too! You can watch every single training on replay when you have a chance pop up.

You CAN, though I highly recommend you check out my Launch Greenprint program before joining The Greenhouse. The Launch Greenprint will teach seasoned clinical providers how to manage a practice + business while balancing those responsibilities with their clinical caseload. It really pinpoints the basics of practice management for private practice owners, and you want to be sure you've nailed those basics before you try to build upon them. 

Just like no two members of The Greenhouse are exactly the same, no two practices will be exactly the same. You'll have multiple opportunities to ask me questions specific to YOU + YOUR PRACTICE. The weekly Q+A Facebook thread, the monthly coaching calls, and bonus workshops are all chances for you to put ME in the hotseat and ask me questions specific to your business.
